Yasmine Haitham Halum

January 14, 2003-October 9, 2022

Yasmine Haitham Halum transitioned from her earthly life on Sunday, October 9, 2022.  She was the beloved daughter of Sanaa Halum and Huston Booth, Jr.  Sister of Samir and Saeed Celestain and Gianna Booth.  She was the doting granddaughter of Mariam Halum and Carol and Houston Booth, Sr.  She is also survived by aunts and uncles; Charrell Booth, Shadia Halum, Enas Halum, and Amal Halum. Special cousin; Manal Shalibi. 

Yasmine was graduate of East St. John High School Class of 2021.  She played recreational soccer; basketball and she ran track.  Yasmine created her own T-shirt business named “OTR” (Only the Real). Age 19, a native and resident of Laplace, LA.

Relatives and friends of the family, Pastors, Officers and Members of Celebration Church and surrounding churches are invited to the Celebration of Life at 1:00pm on Friday, October 14, 2022 at Celebration Church, 2001 Airline Drive, Metairie, LA.  70001.  In accordance with the CDC guidelines for COVID-19 masks are suggested for all in attendance. Visitation 12:00pm at the above-named church until time of service. Interment will be private. Final Arrangements Entrusted to Patrick H.
