Wilfred "Pean" Anderson

March 22, 1954 – June 18, 2025

Wilfred "Pean" Anderson departed his earthly life on Wednesday June 18, 2025. He was the beloved companion of Jean A. Bush. The father of Stacy Anderson, Kenthro Roche, Victor Gilson, Trey Thomas, Jermaine Thomas, Kenneth (Denise) McMillan and the late Edward McMillan, Jr.

He was born on March 22,1954 to the late Wilbert, Sr., and Victoria Thibodeaux Anderson. Wilfred was the brother of Eugene (Paula), Thibodaux, Alvin (Mae), Kenneth (Yvonne) and Pierce Anderson and the late Kevin, Wilbert, Jr., and Herbert Anderson. He was the nephew of Dr. Clara T. Byes, Joyce Barker, the late Harold M. Anderson, Frances T. (Rev. Dan, Jr.) King, Beatrice T. (Rev. Alvin) Ussin, Doretha T. Williams, Hilda T. Jones, Ernestine T. Noel, Joseph, III and Ernest Thibodeaux. Wilfred was the godson of the late Faye A. Anderson and the godfather of the late Anthony Mitchell. He is also survived by a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Wilfred was a native and lifelong resident of Algiers, LA. Age 71. Mr. Anderson was a proud graduate of L.B. Landry High School Class of 1972. A private service will be held at a future date.
