Shemar Ja'Juan Alexander

Shemar Ja'Juan Alexander died on Friday, November 20, 2020 at the age of 19 years old in Long Beach, Ca. Shemar was born on September 14, 2001 to Joi Alexander and Sean Williams. Brother of Jayde Alexander and Ja'Nai Jacobs. Also raised as siblings of David Alexander, Lauriel Jarrow and Cash Alexander. Grandson of Edwrine "Rene Alexander, Carl (Denise) Banks, Evelyn Williams and the late Lionel Turner. A native Reserve, La and resident of Los Angeles, Ca. Shemar was Christened at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church by Myron Creecy and Marie "Toni" Hall in December of 2001. Shemar also made his First Communion at Our Lady of Grace. Shemar graduated from South Bay High school October 2020. He was scheduled to attend El Camino Community College in January 2021.

Relatives and friends of the family, also priests and parishioners of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the walk-thru visitation on Friday, December 11, 2020 from 4pm-6pm at Patrick H. Sanders Funeral Home located at 605 Main Street, LaPlace, LA. 70068 and at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, 772 Highway 44, Reserve, LA. on Saturday, December 12, 2020 for 8:00AM. Due to COVID-19 Restrictions, Funeral Mass will be limited to members of Alexander Family at 10:00AM. Father Christopher Amadi, Celebrant.
