Selina “NeeNee” Lewis Banks departed this life on Sunday March 31,2024. Beloved wife of the late Alfred Banks, Sr. Devoted mother of Alfred, Jr., Terry (Debra) and Tracy (Muriel) Banks. Daughter of the late Joe, Sr. and Augustine Stewart Lewis. Sister of Tibotha Jackson, Camille Duplessis, Gus, Tom, Ricky, Sr., and the late Joe Lewis, Jr. . Also survived by 9 grandchildren , 8 great grandchildren and a host of nieces ,nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Age 79. A native and lifelong resident of Algiers (Cutoff Community).

Relatives and friends of the family also Pastors, Officers and Members of Second Baptist Church, Second Nazarene Baptist Church, and Asbury United Methodist Church are invited to the Funeral Service at 10:00am on Saturday April 6, 2024 at Second Baptist Church, 2836 Sullen Pl. Algiers, LA, 70131.  Pastor Andre Sigler, Officiating. Visitation 8:00am until time of service at the above-named Church. Interment Nazarene Cemetery, Algiers, LA.  Final Arrangements Entrusted to Patrick H.
