Reyanna Ashley Hicks

1989 - 2025

Reyanna Ashley Hicks peacefully transitioned from this earthly life on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, age, 36.  Reyanna was born on January 22, 1989, to Reynolds A. Hicks, Sr. and the late Romellin A. Hicks in New Orleans, Louisiana. Reyanna loved to have a good time and loved her family and friends dearly. She was an alumnus of East St. John High School in Reserve, LA. Her interest included spending time with family and friends. Not only did she enjoy listening to music, she also enjoyed playing her favorite instrument called the “Double Second” steel drum in her father’s band “Pan Vibrations.”  Reyanna also enjoyed drawing, going to the movies and her favorite thing of all was trying our different restaurants on the weekends with her family. Reyanna had a charm about herself like no other and was blessed with a smile that could light up any room.  She is survived by her father Reynold Hicks, Sr., and her sister AnnMarie Hicks-Mays. 

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to the Celebration of Life Service at 12:00pm on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at the Patrick H. Sanders Funeral Home, 605 Main Street, Laplace, LA 70068. Rev. Donna Perrilloux, Officiating. Visitation 10:00am until 12:00pm.  Interment will be private. Final Arrangements Entrusted to Patrick H.
