Randolph “RUDY” Dennis entered eternal rest on Friday, September 26, 2025, at his beloved home in Laplace, LA. He was born on January 31, 1965, in New Orleans, LA to the late James Dennis, Jr. and Mildred Howard Dennis.


He attended East St. John High School and graduated in 1984. Randolph was baptized at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church by the late Rev. Haskel Williams and later joined Heaven’s Kingdom Builders Ministry Church under the leadership of Pastor Dr. Deloris Millet.


Randolph is survived by his four children: Damien R. Jackson, Jayden Dennis, Maya Dennis, and Cameron Godfrey. His siblings: 5 brothers, James, III (Dorothy) Dennis, Humble, Texas, Andrew (Anita) Dennis, Joseph (Lori) Dennis, Lionel (Diane) Dennis, and Clifton (Dawn) Dennis, 4 sisters; Jo (Lee) Palmer, Gwendolyn Dennis, Yolanda Dennis, and Cheryl (Julius) Dorris. 6 Godchildren; Kevin Bailey, Nathaniel Johnson, Trey Creecy, Bandi Breaux, Nia Dennis, and Heaven Francois. 4 devoted cousins; Carol Green, Darcy Davis, Timothy Francois, and Rev. Kyrin Howard. 4 devoted friends; Bridget Mitchell Bartley, Yvette Robinson, Elliot Cook and Oscar Cook. His favorite teacher since 6th grade, Vivian Davis and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.


Randolph is preceded in by death by his parents, James Dennis, Jr., and Mildred Howard Dennis, 2 brothers, Kevin, and Michael Dennie, 2 sisters, Brenda and Albertine Dennis, 5 nephews, Mark Dennis, Sean Palmer, Montrell Dennis, Lamont Mitchell and Kentrell Bailey.

Relatives and friends of the family, pastors, officers and members of Heaven’s Kingdom Builders Ministry, Spirit of Liberty Full Gospel Church and all neighboring Churches are invited to a Celebration of Life Service at 11:00am on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at Spirit of Liberty Full Gospel Church 130 West 7th Street, Reserve, LA 70084.  Apostle Earl Gerard and Pastor Debra Gerard-Host Pastors and Pastor Dr. Deloris Millet-Officiating. Visitation 9:00am until the time of service at Spirit of Liberty Full Gospel Church.


There will also be a visitation on Friday, October 10, 2025, 5:30pm to 7:30 pm at Heaven’s Kingdom Builders Ministry Church, 542  East Airline Hwy, Laplace, LA 70068. Pastor Dr. Deloris Millet.
