Lee graduated from Louisiana Youth Challenge Program in Pineville, La. with his high school diploma. Later he attended Gulfport Job Corps in Gulfport, Mississippi where he received his Plumber’s Assistant certification. Lee was a skilled barber and was actively pursuing his welding certification at Delgado Community College in New Orleans, La.
