Kenneth Charles Spotville

"Big Spot"

 Kenneth Charles Spotville affectionately known as “Big Spot” transitioned from his earthly life on August 30, 2023.  Kenneth was born on May 24, 1959, to the late Wilbert Charles Spotville and Elizabeth Arceneaux Spotville.  Kenneth leaves  to mourn, is his wife, Lea Clark Spotville; his children, Lushanna Bridgewater, Kenneth Bridgewater, Roy Bridgewater, Melody Bridgewater, Nadine Spotville, Brandon Howard, Cierra Spotville, Faithe Spotville, Kaliyah Spotville, Anthony Spotville and Chosen Spotville.  He was the eldest of six children, his siblings: Anthony G. Spotville, Elizabeth M. (Brian) Tannis. Steven R. (Kim) Arceneaux, Rodney D. (Kitty) Arceneaux, and Desiree M. (Randy) Lemons. A host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.  

He was preceded in death by his parents the late Wilbert and Elizabeth Spotville and his son, Rodney Jones.

Kenneth loved riding his motorbike, grilling, making others laugh and sharing God’s Word. He was happiest when he was spending time with family and friends.

Family and Friends, Pastors, Officers and Members of Buena Vista Baptist Church and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Buena Vista Baptist Church, 10633 LA-18, St. James, LA 70086 on Saturday, September 9, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. Interment Buena Vista Baptist Cemetery. Repast: J.E. Thompson Center Banquet Hall, 304 Memorial Dr., Donaldsonville, LA. Final Arrangements Entrusted to Patrick H.
