Kendall C. Marshall

June 25, 1971 – January 8, 2024

Kendall C. Marshall went to his eternal resting place on Monday, January 8, 2024, age 52.  Kendall was the son of Joseph Markey, Jr. and the late Catherine Marshall and stepson of Della Markey.  Devoted father of Teiana Marshall, brother of Natika Bailey, Bathsheba Markey and Joevon Markey.  Uncle of Ava Claborn and Godson of Janet Poche Pierre.  Grandson of the late Caldonia and Clifton Poche and Helen and Joseph Markey, Sr.

Kendall leaves to cherish his memories his father Joseph Markey, Jr. (Della), daughter Teiana, sisters, Natika Bailey, Bathsheba Markey and Joevon Markey. His godmother, a niece and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother Catherine Marshall, grandparents Caldonia and Clifton Poche and Helen and Joseph Markey, Sr. and a host of aunts and uncles.

Kendal was a native of Hahnville, LA and a resident of St. Rose, LA. The family extends a special thanks to Devita at Chateau Dialysis Center

Relatives and friends of the family, Pastors, Officers and Members of Mt. Zion Community Church and the Staff of Devita Dialysis Center are invited to attend a Celebration of Life at 11:00am on Thursday, January 18, 2024 at Mt. Zion Community Church, 107 Magnolia Ridge Rd., Boutte, LA  70039.  Visitation 9:00am until time of service at the above-named church.  Interment St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 2349 LA-18, Edgard, LA  70049.  Final Arrangement Entrusted to Patrick H.
