Jonathan Lee Jackson transitioned from his earthly home on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at the age of 51. He was born on September 9, 1971 in Natchez, Mississippi to the IIenen Jackson and the late John Lee and Ilene Jackson. He was the loving husband of Cendria Purvis-Jackson.  Jonathan was the proud father of 6 children; Quinyana and Shiquida Jackson, Trencia, Trendon and Trenton Amerson,Jr. and Ble’u JeShon Jackson.  He was the brother of Tammy Jackson, Carlton, Keenon, Juwan and Marcus Jackson.  Jonathan was the proud grandfather of 2 grandchildren ; Edrianna Bowman and Maddisyn Lesure.

Jonathan was the proud Owner/Operator of Ble’u Jeans Transportation Commercial Trucking Company.  Jonathan loved and was proud of the fact that he was able to share his trucking skills with his wife and she became a Commercial Truck Driver with him.  He was proficient in culinary arts and enjoyed sharing his delicious meals with family.  Jonathan was also a skillful and knowledgeable professional poker player.

The memory of Jonathan will always be cherished by his devoted wife of 16 years Cendria Purvis-Jackson.  His children; Quinyana and Shaquida Jackson, Trencia, Trendon and Trenton Amerson,Jr. and Ble’u JeShon Jackson. His 2 grandchildren, his siblings and a host of other relatives and friends.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to a Celebration of Life at 11:00 am on  Saturday, March 18, 2023 at Patrick H. Sanders Funeral Home. 605 Main Street, LaPlace, LA  70068.
