Sunrise: November 28, 1981-Sunset: July 6, 2023
Jonathan DeWayne Henderson born in Plantation, Fl to father Coleman DeWayne Henderson and Mother Elizabeth Henderson. He was fearless, courageous and determined. He had a heart of gold and would help anyone in need. Jonathan was a man of faith in God. He relied on God for strength and prayed relentlessly. He was loved by so many and will be remembered by all that knew him for his unforgettable smile and his ability to connect with anyone in his presence. He lit up any room he entered with a joke, song, or a dance. He was so creative, every time he opened his mouth diamonds would fall from his lips. He motivated and inspired others. He was a lover of all beautiful things, he enjoyed reading , basketball, movies, producing music, and video games with his nephew. Jonathan attended Talladega College and University of Florida where he studied the Arts. Jonathan’s spirit lives on in our hearts and dreams. We learned so may things from knowing and loving him throughout the years. The world wasn’t good enough for Jonathan and now he is at peace. Jesus our lord welcomes you home. We take solace in the knowledge that we will see Jonathan again, although we wish we had more time with him, but we know his heart was too pure for this world.
“There must be Borrowed Angels, here in this life /They come along, into this world, and make this world bright / But they can't stay forever / Cause they're heaven sent / And sometimes, heaven needs them back again.” Kristen Chenoweth
