Darvin Bernell “PEP” Quinn peacefully transitioned from his earthly life on May 4, 2026 at Ochsner Kenner Regional Hospital. Son of the late Charles “Mack” Quinn, Sr. and Olevia Wilson Batiste. Brother of Crystal Jusu (William) of Georgia, Arlene Quinn and Shanell Smith-Green (Robert) of Waggaman, LA. Charles Quinn, Jr. (Sharon) of New Orleans, LA and the late Ralph “Moo Moo” Quinn, Sr. (Leah). Husband of Regina Francis Quinn. Father of Fallon Bazen (Keith), David Quinn (Jewel), Donnie Quinn, Marcus Quinn (Asianee) and Angelique Quinn and one stepdaughter, LaJuan Raymond Brown. He was the grandfather of Emory Bazen, Lori Quinn, Harmoni White, Genesis Draten, Rhythm Moody, Zuri Quinn and Zaire Chopin. One uncle Elton Wilson (Dorothy) and one Great aunt Brenda Wilson Dumas of Westwego, LA. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Age: 66 years old. A resident of Hahnville, Louisiana.
Relatives, friends of the Family, Pastor, Officers and Members of the Philadelphia Baptist Church and all neighboring Churches, Entergy, Cajun Company, Inc., Dow Plaquemines, United States Postal Services, Monsanto (Bayer Crop Science), Kenner Ochsner Health Center Hospice are invited to attend the Funeral service at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, May 16, 2026 at the Philadelphia Baptist Church, 217 Smith Street, Hahnville, LA 70057. Rev. Carvin R. Smith, Sr., Pastor-Officiating. Visitation: 9:00 A.M. until time of service at the above-named church. Interment: Bethlehem Cemetery, Hahnville, LA 70057.
