Danny Louis Calvin

Danny “Papa” Louis Calvin, age 36, beloved husband, father, son, and brother, passed away on February 13, 2021 in New Orleans, LA. Danny is survived by his wife, Enell Calvin of Metairie, LA; their sons, Damico Calvin and Kenyon Simmons-Calvin; his mother, Fatima Mosley of Phoenix, AZ; his step-mother, Lydia  Calvin of Phoenix, AZ; his sisters, LaWanda Mosley, Arianna Mosley, and Justice Mosley; his mother-in-law, Renee Bourgeois of Laplace, LA; and a host of other family and friends who loved him dearly.  Danny was born in Phoenix, AZ, where everyone says he was the sweetest child, raised by his father, the late Dana Calvin. Danny was a very handsome, vibrant man who adored his wife and kids and loved his family. He enjoyed swimming, wrestling, football, hiking the mountains of AZ, fun family activities with their kids, and eating, especially Louisiana cuisine. Danny is much loved and will be forever missed by everyone.
