D'Juan Donell Harris

D’Juan Donell Harris, Sr. was born February 21, 1982 to Marvin and Tanya Harris. He was baptized at an early age at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church.

D'Juan peacefully transitioned on Tuesday, october 19, 2021 at Ochsner Medical Center, Jefferson, LA.  D’juan was a native of Raceland, LA. He leaves to cherish his precious memories his loving wife La’Quanta Harris, his children D’Juan Harris, Jr., Quinasia Washington, Alaina and Lasiyah Harris. In addition to his loving children, he leaves to cherish his memories his loving sister Chelsea Harris, nieces, Kaisyn Mayho and Kensley Gray, Uncles Herman Harris (Marilyn), Anthony (Ganelda), Reginald Julius, Roshon Cannon and Aunt Kadoma Cannon; Loving godparents Donna Smith, Avis Verette and Tracy Wright.  Son-in-law of Cassandra Gray and brother-in-law of Kiaria Gray. Godfather of KyVaughn Major, Tylon Drane and Kai’Myri Chester and a host of  aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.

D’Juan was preceded in death by his grandparents Julius "Speck" and Emelda Cannon, Oscar and Sadie Mae Cleveland and Herman Harris, Sr., Great grandparents Menolia and Steven..   LaGrange, also his Uncles Theron Harris, Sr., Donnie Lee & Wendell Harris. He will always be remembered for the many hilarious stories and sayings he shared with his family and friends.
