Blanche “Dean” Pablo

April 1, 1949 – November 28, 2023

Blanche “Dean” Pablo better known as ‘’Dean’’ was born on April 1, 1949, to the late Blaney Pablo and Elmira Mitchell Pablo. Blanche was a native of Wallace, LA and attended Second Ward High. She entered eternal life into our precious heavenly father God arms on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at the graceful age of 74 in Hammond, LA surrounded by her family.

Blanche was a wonderful mother and grandmother. She loved her children and grandchildren and she showed them in her own special way. Prior to becoming ill Blanche loved playing her gospel music or as she would call them; ‘’hymns.” She loved going to different places, shopping, talking on the phone, having a good time with family, and eating good food while drinking her coca cola. Anytime you would call her if she were not home, she would tell you she is out & about with one of her friends or her granddaughter. Blanche loved life and was always ready to roll. When you would say let’s go, she would be ready no questions.

Blanche leaves to cherish her precious memories; her children: Elizabeth Pablo Triggs (Laplace, LA), Bruce Pablo (Gulfport, MS) and her two grandchildren she raised as her own: Tyrone “ Peewee” Pablo and Angela “ Mut” Pablo as she named them! Blanche also leaves behind a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, her devoted friends.

Blanche was proceeded in death by her parents: Blaney Pablo and Elmira Mitchell Pablo, her siblings: Annie Celestin Franklin, Earl “Sunshine” Pablo Sr, Joseph “ Joe” Pablo and Charles ‘’Solomon’’ Pablo; her grandson: Victor Pablo.

Relatives and friends of the family, Pastors, Officers and Members of Greater Golden Grove Baptist Church and all neighboring churches are invited to a Celebration of Life Service at 11:00am on Saturday, December 15, 2023 at Greater Golden Grove Baptist Church, 127 S. Mulberry Street, Gramercy, LA  70052. Visitation 9:00am until time of service at the above-named church. Interment Willow Grove Cemetery, West 5th Street, Wallace, LA. There will also be a visitation on Friday, December 15, 2023 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm at the Patrick H. Sanders Funeral Home, 605 Main Street, LaPlace, LA  70068.
