Alberta "Baby Sister" Ross went home to be with Lord on Monday December 11, 2023. Beloved Mother of Carla R. Pierre, Carlene R. Sanders, Letitia, Keith and Kent (Cantrell) Ross. Daughter of the late Mack, Sr. and Alberta Charles Ross. Sister of Rachel Ross, Lillie Mae R. Jefferson, and the late Christine R. Richardson, Orelia R. Gastinell, Lola Mae, Samuel, Mack, Jr., Ernest, Emile and Lawrence Ross. Grandmother of the late China Sanders and Tristan Ross. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, Age 84. A native and lifelong resident of Algiers (Cut-off), LA.

Relatives and Friends of the family also Pastors, Officers and Members of Second Baptist Church, Second Nazarene Baptist Church and all neighboring churches, Employees of RTA Transit, Dart Transit of Dallas, TX., Former employees of Belle Chasse State School are invited to attend Funeral Service at 10:00am on Saturday December 30, 2023 at Second Baptist Church. 2836 Sullen Place Algiers, LA.  Pastor Andre Sigler, officiating.  Visitation will be held from 8:00am until 9:50am.  Interment in Westlawn Cemetery Gretna, LA.  Final Arrangements Entrusted to Patrick H.
